Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our platform for your psychic needs. Falgir has adopted a policy of honoring refund requests. We take pride in providing high-quality services and strive to ensure that all of our clients are satisfied with their readings.

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a refund policy for clients who are dissatisfied with their reading. In order to be eligible for a refund, clients must notify their psychic directly during the first 15 minutes of the reading that they are dissatisfied and would like to request a refund.

We believe that direct communication with your psychic is the best way to resolve any issues that may arise during your reading. Our psychics are dedicated to providing accurate and insightful readings, and they are committed to working with you to address any concerns you may have.

Please note that our refund policy applies only to clients who are genuinely dissatisfied with their reading. We reserve the right to refuse refunds to clients who abuse our policy or who request refunds for reasons that do not fall within the scope of our policy.

To begin this process, please contact our Customer Support department at contact@falgir.com with your request.

Upon acknowledgment of your request, your refund will be credited to the originating payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Falgir will provide a confirmation number of receipt if requested.

If you have encountered an error in receiving a refund, please contact your credit/debit card issuer for assistance. For certain financial institutions, it may take up to 30 days for a refund to reflect on your statement.

Falgir reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate a transaction in order to fulfill credit card industry regulations, payment processor, and banking procedures, or in an effort to accommodate legal requests.

If a breach of our User Agreement, customer error, a technical issue, or potential fraudulent transaction has been brought to our attention, Falgir may also choose to issue a refund.

Cancelation Policy:

Once booked, you can receive a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, you may only receive a 25% refund in special circumstances. No refund will be given for no-shows or cancellations within a week prior to the scheduled appointment. *Rescheduling is available*
